Combined sets include a barbell bar and a pair of dumbell bars, allowing you to make up barbell or dumbells.

The plate range in each set is calculated to give you optimum weight increment adjustment, and all sets can be added to if required.

Weight Discs are made from the finest cast iron, with a black painted finish.

There are 8 different weight sizes available to give you maximum options for weight range.

All Bars are made from 1" diameter solid steel (we do not endorse hollow bars for heavier weights).

They have a chromed finish to prevent rusting, and the handles are knurled for extra grip.

Spinlock bars have threaded ends and outside collars for a swifter changeover when adding or removing discs.

Spring collars are for barbells or dumbells and are quick to put on or remove.

Also available are 'slim-style' Professional Plates for fixed or welded dumbells, designed for commercial use.
