PRICE POLICY
All our exercise, fitness and gym equipment products are at low
discount prices and at what we believe to be the lowest on the market.
Should any product shown in our product listings be advertised by
a genuine business at a lower price, bring, send or refer us to
the advert and we will beat the price!
We also have catalogue returns & sale items at a very cheap
price. Current examples are shown
here.
VAT
All our prices include value added tax at the current rate.
DELIVERY
We can deliver stocked items to anywhere in the U.K. Mainland within
a 2-3 working day timescale. We can also arrange a next-day service.
There is usually a charge for delivery - please ask for details.
Other items will come direct from the supplier, usually within 7
days. Out of stock orders can take longer for delivery.
HOW TO ORDER
You can order by post, email or telephone, just click the Contact
Us box for our details, and contact a member of our helpful
sales team. When ordering, please state the appropriate product
codes, colour & size where applicable, and quantities required.
We accept Access, Switch, Delta, Connect, Visa and Solo cards, cheques,
postal orders and cash (at our showroom or via registered post).
ONLINE ORDERING
Because of the nature of our products we do not believe online ordering
is conducive to ensuring customer satisfaction. We prefer to communicate
with our customers first, and give you the benefit of our knowledge
and experience, making sure you are buying the right type of equipment
for your personal needs
PLEASE NOTE
Prices, designs, and colours are subject to change without notice.
Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation charge.
No goods can be taken back without prior written arrangement, and
any returns must arrive in new condition, packed correctly in their
original packaging, and sealed. All carriage costs incurred will
be payable by the purchaser. You must contact us in writing within
7 days of receiving your goods in order to arrange for return.
All shortages must be notified in writing within 7 days.
Apparently damaged packages must be signed for as "Damaged
and Unchecked". Please check delivery notes carefully before
signing, check that the amount of packages shown on the note is
the same as the amount received. We cannot be held responsible for
any discrepancies once you have signed.
